Fat Loss 4 Idiots, Really?


I don’t usually like to think of myself as an idiot, but if you look at my ongoing weight loss battle, it just might fit. I was thin until I hit puberty and it’s been a struggle ever since.

Lose the weight, gain it back. Exercise, starvation diets, and trying every weird fad didn’t do any lasting good. I would take off the extra pounds and then they would slowly creep back on. It would make me depressed and mad at myself.Then the cycle would start all over again.

After having my babies it was really bad! Took a long time to get the weight off then, just when I was looking good, you guessed it, I got pregnant again! It was a cycle for a while there.

In any case I have been looking for a while for a good eating plan for weight loss. I really want something that I can stick with that has some amount of flexibility. I’m realistic enough to know that a good eating plan isn’t going to be enough. I am gonna have to do some sort of exercise, too. Ugh! Oh well, it’s going to be worth it.
